- Prevention of youth-related problem behaviors (e.g., substance abuse, teen pregnancy, school dropout, delinquency, and violence)
- Unique social and mental health needs of youth whose parents are deployed through the National Guard or Reserves.

Short Biography:
I directed Extension’s Rural Mental Health Project, Kansas Emergency Flood Recovery Assistance Center, and Disaster Crisis Counseling Projects.
