Short Biography:
Migette Kaup is an Interior Designer specializing in gerontological and universal design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Masters of Architecture in Environment & Behavior and Place Studies with an emphasis in Gerontology from Kansas State University. Her professional practice includes over 9 years in architectural firms as well as 7 years in private consulting to long-term care providers on design planning. She is a professional member of IIDA and an NCIDQ certificate holder. Some of Professor Kaup’s gerontological projects include Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan, KS, Logan Manor Assisted Living, Logan Kansas, Wesley Towers, Special Care Units and Wesley Towers Assisted Living in Hutchinson, KS.
