Short Biography:
Nancy Hansen has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants and hotels in food and beverage and for 6 years with AAA Motor Club doing hotel and restaurant reviews to establish the AAA rating for properties. For 14 years, she was director of the hospitality management program at Butler County Community College in El Dorado, KS. She joined the HMD faculty in 2008.
