Human Nutrition: Master’s and Ph.D.

Customize a master’s or Ph.D. program in human nutrition that meets your interests, backgrounds and career goals and objectives. Students may emphasize one of the various food or nutrition sciences: sensory analysis and consumer behavior, nutrition education and communication, human nutrition and performance, molecular and biochemical nutrition, or public health nutrition. Opportunities exist for incorporating interdisciplinary coursework into the program of study in fields such as anatomy and physiology, animal science and industry, biochemistry, kinesiology, psychology and business. Graduates are employed in industry, in health care or nonprofit agencies, in academia, or governmental agencies.
