Human Nutrition: Master’s and Ph.D.
Customize a master’s or Ph.D. program in human nutrition that meets your interests, backgrounds and career goals and objectives. Students may emphasize one of the various food or nutrition sciences: sensory analysis and consumer behavior, nutrition education and communication, human nutrition and performance, molecular and biochemical nutrition, or public health nutrition.
