What is CMAA?

The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) is the oldest, most respected Association representing club management. CMAA has 6,000 members who manage more than 3,000 clubs internationally. There are over 1,000 student members with student chapters from more than 39 university and college campuses across the country.

The objective of the Association is to promote professional relationships between people that are connected with the management of clubs. CMAA encourages the education and professional advancement of its members and assists members to secure efficient and successful operations. Additionally, CMAA recognizes its responsibility to help students gain a better understanding of club management and finding careers in this sector of the hospitality industry.

Who can join?

Both undergraduates and graduate students studying hospitality management or golf course management are eligible to apply for a CMAA membership.
